When you have an emergency, call our office for immediate-care instructions, or call the Animal Emergency Care Clinic if the emergency occurs outside of our business hours.
Our veterinarians have extensive experience in emergency care procedures and use the latest equipment and techniques to stabilize and provide the critical care your pet needs. Your pet is in very good hands with the Hillcrest staff.
Calling ahead is not necessary, but is advised to help us assess the situation and provide you with immediate, urgent-care guidance during this emotional and stressful time.

• If you need to transport your pet for immediate medical attention, please drive and arrive safely.
• Keep your pet as immobilized as possible during transport.
